Rescheduling & Refund Policy 

Rescheduling a Course Booking 

 

As long as you are rescheduling your booking more than 3 days before your course, you can reschedule your booking to another date through your student portal!

In your student portal, you will see the option to move your enrolment to another course within the course details page, under the support section. This may not be available on all enrolments as it will depend on the nature of the original enrolment, Training Provider policy and number of days prior to the course start. 

If you require a move and the self service option is not available, or are looking to reschedule your course less than 3 days before your course date, please email us at brent@salttrainingacademy.com.au and I can help you out.

Cancelling a Course Booking 

 

We understand that there are times when you may need to cancel a course booking. All cancellation requests must be requested in writing to brent@salttrainingacademy.com.au and at a minimum of 2 business days prior to the course commencement date to receive a Credit Voucher.

All Credit Vouchers are valid for 3 years, so you will have plenty of time to use it!

 

Refund Requests

All refund requests must be requested in writing to brent@salttrainingacademy.com.au.

 

Refunds will only be issued if:

​

  • The student has enrolled in a course that has been cancelled by RTS Training Group (Option to reschedule will be available).

  • It’s been confirmed multiple payments have been taken at the same time.

 

Credit vouchers will not be issued if:

​

  • If the student does not attend their course;

  • If the student cancels their course within the 2 business day notification period;

  • If the student is abusive towards staff or other students; and

  • If the student requests the credit voucher after they have completed the course.
