Rescheduling & Refund Policy 

Rescheduling a Course Booking 

 

Rescheduling your booking 3+ business days before your course is easy and can be done through your student portal!  Just log in to your student portal, go through 'support' to the 'course details' page and from there you will see an option to assign your current booking to another available course.  

This rescheduling option will NOT be available in your student portal if your enrolment is part of a group booking however we would be happy to help you reschedule with no additional charge if 3+ business days notice is given - please email  brent@salttrainingacademy.com.au 

 

If you need to reschedule your course less than 3 days before the start date of your course, a rescheduling fee will apply at the value of 10% of the total course price. Please email brent@salttrainingacademy.com.au for assistance.

Refunds & Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to brent@salttrainingacademy.com.au at least 3 business days prior to the course date to receive a credit voucher for the full value of your course.  

credit vouchers are valid with SALT Training Academy for 1 year, so you will have plenty of time to use it!

If you need to cancel your course less than 3 days before the start date of your course, a cancellation fee will apply at the value of 20% of the total course price and you will receive a credit voucher for the remaining amount.  Credit vouchers are valid with SALT Training Academy for 1 year, so you will have plenty of time to use it!

Credit vouchers and/or refunds will NOT be given if:

  • The student is a no-show at their booked course.

  • The student is unable to commence their scheduled course due to unfinished pre-course work.

Refunds will only be issued if:​

  • The student has enrolled in a course that has been cancelled by SALT Training Academy (option to reschedule will be available).​​

  • There is a confirmed overpayment.
